Gaining understanding, clarity and reflecting, as we analyse past and present situations can be emotionally challenging, a learning experience and an opportunity for personal growth, which can enable a sense of release and freedom as you process this experience.
I will guide you on this empowering journey with non-judgemental, empathic support. Concurrently following a definitive strategy and process, Therapeutic coaching sessions with me will also be flexible and adaptable to your needs at the time, as everyone is unique with different issues to overcome. Each individual session may also be different, as other concerns and feelings are revealed..This allows space for any emotional turmoil and processing to be experienced freely..
Other holistic skills from my ‘toolbox’ that may be involved, if needed, are breath-work, mindfulness, meditation, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), visualisation and somatic therapy.
