Transforming The Relationship You Have With Yourself!

Take a look in the mirror, what do you see?
Do you have difficulties looking at yourself?
Do you focus on your perceived faults and imperfections?
Do you stare at yourself critically with eyes harsh?
Are you unhappy with how you look?
If your response to any of these questions is a ‘Yes’, then it suggests self-compassion is something to consider working on..So lets turn the self-criticism, negativity and self-judgment around..
Now try looking in the mirror at yourself with deep intention, looking deep into your eyes.
Look at who you really are….
Look for the positives in you as a whole being, not just your looks and how you think others perceive you.
Find your beauty in its own unique form.
Look at yourself kindly as a whole, your body, your mind, your heart and soul.
Soften the look in your eyes and smile at yourself with affection.
Appreciate all your strengths and seek out the positives.
Recognise the journey you have been on.
Praise yourself for your achievements so far.
Compliment yourself, as you would a friend..
Learn to love yourself.
Practise positive affirmations, for example: ‘I am enough’, I am strong’, ‘I believe in myself’, ‘I love me’, ‘I accept myself’, ‘I am happy’, ‘I am me’,
Repeat the mantras that work for you..
Be kind to yourself..you’re the only one that you’ve got!!
