One idea is 'forest bathing'.
Some mindful walking in a local woodland.
Embrace your senses.
Touching the trees feeling the texture of the bark.
Hug a tree, feel the love of nature.
Listen to the birds, how many different bird songs do you hear.
Notice how the soil feels under your feet.
Notice signs of Spring, are the trees coming into bud where you live?
Look to the sky and follow the cloud movement. Perhaps lie down and spend time looking through the branches of the trees to the sky.
Smell the air.
Take some time to deeply nourish and restore.
Take some deep breaths; inhale deep into your lungs through the nose, exhale long and slow through your mouth.
Feel the breeze on your face.
Feel the wind in your hair.
