Due to recent a Facebook F*** up with my advert for my FB group: 'Intimacy & Relationship Revival for Women in Midlife & Beyond', which resulted in me receiving nearly 40 unwanted calls from men! ....And some irritating techie problems I'm experiencing at the moment, I lost my way for a couple of days. I 'allowed' myself to fall into the trap of frustration, despair and negative thinking patterns.
Thankfully I have the tools to stop that spiral. I reminded myself to call on the power of mindfulness to calm my mind, and change the narrative of negative thinking using my Therapeutic life coaching methods.
So yesterday off I went down to the ocean to reset my mind, body and soul. Today I am restored!
So even I, with all my trainings, learnings, coaching and experience, I too can head downwards on the rollercoaster of life....
Thankfully I have the tools to return to rational, balanced thinking, do you?
Did you know?
Negative thinking patterns, also known as cognitive distortions, are habitual ways of interpreting events and experiences in a pessimistic or irrational manner. These patterns can lead to self-doubt, anxiety and a cycle of despair if left unchecked.
Do you find yourself repeating negative thinking patterns?
Did you know that Therapeutic Life coaching can help with that?
If you would like help in adjusting your mindset, reframing the narrative with flexible thinking..
