Many couples in long term relationships share a short, yet sweet kiss at various times of the day. Have you considered taking a little more time over this intimate action, rather than just a quick peck?

Taking a more mindful moment to enjoy a longer kiss with your partner, increases awareness and connection.

Research by Dr. John Gottman suggests that a 6 second kiss on the lips has many benefits for your relationship and for your health!
