Easy Cereal Free/ Gluten free Seedy, Almond Flour Bread.

Dry ingredients..

160g Almond flour

40g Linseed/Flax flour

2 tbsp mixed seeds, I use pumpkin, sunflower, sesame and chia.

1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda.

Mix together the dry ingredients.

Wet ingredients...

4 large eggs

1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

Mix together the wet ingredients

Add the wet mix to the dry mix, stir together. Pop the mix into a lined loaf tin, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in an oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 30-40 mins.

Keeps well in a container in the fridge for atleast a week.
