Agreement Contract (Copy) for Sally Cross Coaching.
 

Expectations in my Therapeutic Life Coaching and Intimacy & Relationship Coaching sessions:

 

Thank you for trusting me in supporting you in this life stage journey. I will ensure that I am respectful, non-judgmental, honest and open with you at all times, and show up for you with the utmost integrity. My expectations from you are that you are equally respectful, open and honest with me. This helps to build our working relationship and enables positive progress. My coaching sessions will be provided online via the Zoom platform. I will provide a comfortable, safe, uninterrupted space for you,  please ensure that you provide the same for yourself during our sessions. All sessions will be recorded, unless you specifically request otherwise.

The duration:

Therapeutic Life Coaching sessions will be for 75 minutes, unless agreed otherwise. 

Relationship Coaching sessions are 60 minutes for individuals, 90 minutes for couples. 
 

We will always start promptly, so please ensure that you arrive in good time, whether in-person or online. If you are late, then please expect our session to still finish at the expected time.

 

Online:

Available globally online using the Zoom platform, I will send you a link, which you click on just before we commence. You will be directed to the ‘waiting room’ until I ‘open’ the meeting.

 

Confidentiality:

You can be assured of the strictest of confidentiality at all times, what is shared in the room, stays in the room!

The only time this may be breached would be in a situation where I was concerned for your safety, my own safety, or that of others. I will inform you immediately if this is the case.

 

If I feel that you would be better suited to seeking help elsewhere, then I will inform you.

 

Fees:

The coaching sessions can be purchased in single sessions or in multiple bookings, you will get a better deal the more that you can commit to, both financially, in your personal development and in your relationship. See my 'Booking' page for more details.
 

Therapeutic Life Coaching:75 minutes single session 80 euros each.
 

Intimacy & Relationship Coaching:
Couples: 90 minute session, 150 euros each.

Individuals 1 hour session, 60 euros each.
 

Concessions are available, please contact me for details.
 

Payments:
In order to partake in my coaching sessions, your payment must be made in advance, and reach my account by 48 hours before your session is due, this ensures commitment by both parties.

Payments can be made in cash, MBWay, PayPal or bank transfer, please ask for details.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We all have unexpected situations that may affect our plans in life. If you need to cancel a session, I do request 24 hours notice, if less notice is given then your fee paid will be forfeited. If it is a really genuine, unexpected, emergency situation, then we will postpone and rearrange the session for a mutually convenient time.

Informal communications may be made through Messenger, Text or WhatsApp 

Please be aware that I will NOT be picking up/responding to emails and messages between the hours of 7pm and 8am Monday-Saturday and not at all on Sundays. This is embracing my own self-care.

 

 

I, Sally Cross, will not be held responsible for any injuries, incidents, accidents, ill health or death, arising from partaking in my coaching sessions. You, the client, agree to the above contract and statements by typing your name, signing and dating below. If there is any part of this contract that you are unhappy with, then please do contact me as soon as possible, in order for us to find a mutually agreed alternative..
